Operational transformation for trust and corporate services firms
We take recurring trust and corporate services work apart and rebuild it around what machines can now do. Every regulated and fiduciary decision stays with the officer who signs it.
The volume of work is growing faster than the pool of experienced professionals
Trust, compliance and administration teams are being asked to absorb more entities, evidence and reporting without a matching increase in qualified staff. Adding headcount to every new client is neither feasible nor economical.
01
Fragmented records create repeat work
+
Administration platforms, document stores, inboxes and spreadsheets hold different parts of the same client or entity record. Staff re-key information and reconstruct status because the systems do not carry the case from start to finish.
02
Regulatory work continues to expand
+
AML/CFT, beneficial ownership, substance, filing and monitoring obligations add evidence and review requirements to processes that were already labour-intensive.
03
Manual cost bases weaken operating leverage
+
When every additional entity creates another set of chasers, reconciliations and spreadsheets, revenue growth brings a near-matching increase in administrative cost.
04
Clients expect clearer and faster service
+
Principals need to know what is complete, what is waiting and who owns the next action. That visibility is difficult to provide when the record of the work is spread across systems and individual inboxes.
Start with one workflow to prove our value
We work alongside the people who perform and review the process, configure the workflow around real cases and remain involved as the firm adopts, operates and improves it. The result is working technology, documented procedures and trained owners — not a presentation or an unowned proof of concept.
-
Immerse
We work alongside administrators and reviewers to observe live cases, handoffs and the workarounds formal procedures omit.
-
Design
We trace the process from trigger to completion, mapping systems, ownership, exceptions and review points.
-
Validate
We configure and test the workflow against routine, incomplete and inconsistent cases.
-
Deploy
We install the workflow and AI components in a private environment with approved integrations, access controls and logging.
-
Maintain
The firm keeps the technology and documentation. We train its owners and remain available as the workflow evolves.
Secure AI deployment matching your privacy needs
Before live information is used, we document where it may be processed, who can access it, how long it is retained and which actions must remain available for review.
Private AI deployment
The workflow can run within a firm-controlled environment using only approved systems. In a private deployment, your data never reaches external AI services such as OpenAI or Anthropic.

FAQ
How do we avoid another expensive proof of concept?+
We agree the operating metrics before work begins—for example cycle time, skilled hours returned, rework and exception visibility. We do not get paid until the working deployment demonstrates the agreed improvement against that baseline. If it does not, no fee is due.
Who remains accountable when work is automated?+
Named operators remain responsible for review, challenge, exception handling and final decisions. Automation prepares and coordinates the work but does not assume regulated or fiduciary responsibility.
Will this disrupt our existing systems or client service?+
The first engagement is deliberately contained: we map dependencies, test with real examples and agree a continuity plan while working with the systems already in place rather than assuming a core platform must be replaced.
Who are we?+
We are private equity and technology operators with experience in regulated industries. We embed with your team to understand how the operation works in practice, then redesign its workflows around the technology now available.
Book a strategy call today
Whether you are focused on lowering costs, automating busywork or growing the business, we will work with you to identify the operating metrics that should improve. In 45 minutes, we examine one recurring workflow, the experienced time it consumes, the systems and evidence involved, and the accountable owner. If there is a suitable starting point, we agree how to begin the working partnership and the private technical environment required to support it.
